Sunday Service presents...Not To Be Broadcast

For our second Sunday Service we delve into cinema to emerge into the weird and wondrous world of Nollywood. This cinematic experience is brought to you in two parts.

We shall begin with brunch. Mukami Kuria will lead discussion with the artist Isaac Kariuki and Nadia Denton, author of The Nigerian Filmmaker's Guide to Success: Beyond Nollywood, that will explore, amongst other things, gendered in performance in Nollywood films, the Nollywood aesthetic and whether it is possible to re-create it, and the future of film-making in Nigeria.

Thereafter, Sunday Service is pleased to present our most elaborate celebration yet, NTBB - Not To Be Broadcast. On board is a brilliant cast of characters including London creative Daniel Oduntan/ Lo-Fi Odysseys and the digital artist Isaac Kariuki. Together this dynamic duo will create an immersive experience like no other.

We promise there will be no witchcraft.
