Avant Garde presents Trentemoller

Anders Trentemoller is a name synonymous with the very top echelons of genre spanning intelligent electronic music. The Dane is regarded as one of the most respected artists and remixers of this century, with the indie-electro pioneer and multi-instrumentalist remixing the likes of Röyksopp, Moby and the Pet Shop Boys, as well as releasing one of the seminal electronic albums of our time, 'The Last Resort'. Trentemoller will be DJing for us on Oct 3rd, which, if his Essential Mix and RA compilation are anything go by, will be nothing short of sublime.

Having hugely impressed at our Kompakt event earlier in the year, we're delighted to bring back our friends and great talent Weval to Oval Space to perform their live show. Their melancholic, synth-laden electronica has garnered support from throughout the industry and seen them play all over Europe, including stand out performances at Kingsday and DGTL festival.

We again welcome back our residents The Troubador and Rabota to the lineup after the artists respectively warmed up and closed down our epic Apparat event in the summer, not to mention squeezing in gigs throughout the city. We also welcome the newest additions to the Avant Garde family, Depth, the classically trained musicians being well known for their dark and haunting productions.

This show takes us back to London's most forward thinking venue, Oval Space, which has a playlist that is a veritable who's who of the intelligent electronic music scene. Our friends at The Lab are providing visuals and production, so expect a sensory experience that has become the norm at an Avant Garde event.
