Great Ascot Cake Bakes

TV chef James Martin and founder of Little Venice Cake Company Mich Turner MBE will be judging the Great Ascot Cake Stakes, which invites racegoers who missed out on this year’s Great British Bake off to bring along their cake creations to be judged by the two chefs. Alongside the judging, Turner will be presenting a baking masterclass in the live Cookery Theatre on the Friday while James Martin will be showing off his culinary skills in the Cooking Theatre on the Saturday. Once you’ve learnt how to make the perfect sponge, racegoers can enjoy two days of a high quality horseracing that forms part of the final days of the Flat season.
