The UK’s flagship chocolate celebration, The Chocolate Show, sees a brand new line up of features for the 2015 edition, making this year’s show the most interactive and exciting yet. The Chocolate Show will be the first show ever to make chocolate from the bean, live on site at the Bean to Bar Factory, with HB Ingredients, Bean to Bar UK and Paul Wayne–Gregory demonstrating the techniques behind the chocolate making process. Direct from the West End, the award-winning musical Charlie & The Chocolate Factory hosts the children’s area, where little hands can get messy with chocolate workshops and the iconic Great Glass Elevator will also be making an appearance.

Visitors can look forward to watching celebrity chefs including the likes of Will Torrent, Paul A Young, Chris & Jeff Galvin and GBBO winner Edd Kimber showcasing their patisserie and chocolate recipes live on the main stage, and the Tasting Room offers a chance to taste and learn about some of the world’s best chocolate.

There are shopping opportunities aplenty with Rococo, Paul a Young, Hotel Chocolat, Divine, Marou and Willie’s Cacao among the 80+ exhibitors taking part. Plus, bean to bar champions Cocoa Runners are bringing artisans with them from across the globe, giving you access to many bean to bar brands previously unavailable in the UK.

Finally, The Great British Spiced Chocolate Challenge is set to truly spice up Olympia, with the final round of the challenge being judged live at the show. Over 100 professional and amateur chocolatier entrants are creating new, spiced chocolate sensations and the winning product will be fast-tracked into a top London food hall in time for Christmas!

The Chocolate Show is the grand finale of Chocolate Week (12-18 October).
