This Friday the 14th of August 2015 Remixed Caribbean street food company DUB PLATES KITCHEN comes to LIBRARY.

Dishes that will be served include 48 hour-marinated Sorrel Chicken Wings, bite-sized wings drizzled with a sorrel and chilli sauce, Curry Goat Sliders - curried goat in a brioche bun, crispy Plantain with pickle, Mango and Sriracha, Breadfruit Smiles - roasted Breadfruit with a coconut rundown dip and more!

DUB PLATES KITCHEN have been regulars at east London’s foodie destination Street Feast, catered Pharrell’s adidas supercolor trainer launch and hosted a pop up at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Kew Gardens’ Full of Spice Festival.

Diners can opt for the Chef’s Selection Mixtape Tasting Menu, a specially selected eight-course experience which includes some of Dub Plates signature dishes and additional surprises exclusive to the Chef’s Selection. Advance booking is required.

And for those who prefer an earlier start, Saturday afternoons will play host to a laid back Caribbean remix of Afternoon Tea specially created for the pop up at LIBRARY. The Caribbean Afternoon Tea experience will include treats like Papaya Scones with Guava Preserve and Clotted Cream, the classic Victoria Sandwich, but with a Passion Fruit Curd, as well as our remixed finger sandwiches, tea and Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee.

Limited sittings are available every Friday and Saturday from 14th of August - 12th September 2015.
