Back by popular demand: A super fun 90 min workshop where you learn the art of Booty Poppin' while building and lifting your butt, toning and sculpting legs and tightening abs.

Knee pads essential. Dance experience, rhythm and co-ordination are not required- just hips, a booty, a sense of fun... and knee pads. Definitely bring knee pads! Get squishy ones, not hard plastic ones. We also have some you can buy for £6 on the day.

**Suitable for all levels.

Feel free to dress up in anything else you like. We recommend trainers, not heels for this class though.
