Your Inner Mind Explored

This introductory programme of four workshops is for anyone who has read The Chimp Paradox book and would like to apply its principles to themselves, and for anyone who has heard about the book and would like to learn more.

The delivery style is designed to be thought provoking, informative and interactive.
• The model will be brought to life with practical activities throughout each session
• Through a process of self discovery, you will begin to understand any unhelpful ways in which you think and how to develop mind management skills to help you think more effectively
• The workshops will help you to apply the skills learned to all areas of your life.

You will be guided by an experienced and supportive Chimp Management mentor who, over the programme of four workshops, will take you through:
• Developing insight into what’s is going on in your mind
• Getting to know your inner Chimp
• Discovering how to nurture your Chimp
• Developing skills for managing your Chimp
You will be expected to work on activities between workshops.
