The exclusive Watson Workout Fest is a great opportunity for fitness fanatics and MIC fans to enjoy a fun filled vegetarian themed work out fest!
The day will include an hours work out with the renowned You're Fit Fitness team Bradley Simmonds & Joey Jones. A health and fitness based Q&A session with Lucy and Tiffany, followed by exciting and flavoursome post work out veggie food. That's not all!!! There will be two sessions running, one from 11am - 2.30pm and the other from 1.30pm - 4.30pm.
