Men's Health Survival of the Fittest

Britain’s biggest adventure running series, Survival of the Fittest, is back in the capital this November, when Wembley Park will be transformed into a colossal 10km urban assault course.

The event, which is known to competitors as ‘The Big One’ in the series, serves as the grand finale for the Survival season with other events having taken place in Nottingham, Manchester, Edinburgh and Cardiff.

With around 10,000 competitors each year, the London Survival course is the biggest single day OCR in the UK and will loop around Wembley Stadium before taking participants through a gauntlet of obstacles packed in on top of one another, with plenty of dunkings, dirt, and the odd diversion through the river.
