Teaming a selection of celebrated English and Welsh wines with the best of British seafood, the class will offer a selection of carefully prepared dishes by Billingsgate Seafood School, including Cockles on Laver Bread, Salt Fish Beignets, Hot Smoked Sea Trout and Cured Mackerel on Samphire. Whilst being taught about how to pair each dish with wine and learning to appreciate the fruity tastes of an English Brut with the subtle smokiness of Trout or Mackerel
