Be Limitless with Liz Harwood!

Come along to this 3 hour Discovery Workshop to get a taster of the "Be Limitless Programme" run by Liz and her team! The event promises to be inspiring and fun and a cocktail, (or mocktail) is provided to kick start the evening session!

Liz is a Motivational Speaker, and a Performance Consultant; she will be presenting an inspirational session and sharing some of her insights on how to become 'limitless' in your thinking.

Using modules from the Be Limitless Programme, we will work through couple of exercises that support 'change' and explore limited beliefs.

Liz will also be signing her book "The Winds of Change" and will give all attendees a set of her beautiful and motivating postcards!
