Dom Joly discusses his career in a unique exclusive Q and A, ranging from the ground-breaking Trigger Happy TV to I'm A Celebrity via Fool Britannia and his eagerly-awaited upcoming return of Trigger Happy.

The return of Trigger Happy TV is one of the most eagerly-awaited events in comedy. Creator and star Dom Joly celebrates with a wide-ranging look at his career in a unique event in which the agenda is set entirely by the live audience.

Joly is also the author of the widely-acclaimed travel book The Dark Tourist and a brilliantly indiscreet memoir Here Comes The Clown: A Stumble Through Showbusiness.

He describes the common link in his career as "an inability to avoid trouble" and here's the opportunity to find out why. Certainly very few in TV come out of his autobiography unscathed as he follows Trigger Happy with unhappy spells and unheralded shows at both ITV and the BBC. Yet nobody comes out of it worse than Joly himself, who describes his floundering attempts at dealing with fame.

The event is being held at the eclectic Bush Music Hall, often home to prestigious music stars from Adele and REM to The Killers and Paul Weller.

Everybody who buys a ticket to the event has the chance to submit their own question to Dom Joly and that sets the agenda for the evening. It's entirely up to the audience what happens.
Joly will appear at a book signing after the event and a pre-gig meal is also available.
