Movements and Sacred Dances

Movements and Sacred Dances is a two-day introduction to some techniques that can be used as part of a larger practice of presence. Drawing from a rich tradition of sacred dances and meditation practices, you will discover the ways you can increase your self-awareness and mindfulness.

The workshop's activities will help you to relax your body, open your emotions and still your thoughts so that you can discover abilities you never suspected. In addition, we will share the path within which the dances and meditations can help you to become more present in your life and develop a deeper relationship with the world around you.
