National deafblind charity Sense is running accessible yoga sessions for young people and adults aged 16 and over, who have sight and hearing impairments. Parents, carers and support workers are welcome to join in too.
The yoga sessions are part of Sense Active, a programme to help people with sight and hearing impairments get more active through sport and exercise. Funded with £250,000 by Sport England, it’s the first structured programme of sport for people with dual sensory impairment.
Please email Ian Carpenter at [email protected] or call 020 7014 9318 to book a place.
