“The Waiting Room” is a new, British-embarrassment comedy written by playwrights Becky Callaghan and Kyle Brown; and it will have its London premiere at The Courtyard theatre. Becky will also be co-producing the play with her sister, Rachel Callaghan - who in turn will be taking to the stage in a lead role. Together, the sisters have formed WIAA productions - and this will be their second London production.

This relatable production comically examines the awkward conversations everyone can have when stuck somewhere with people they don't like and no foreseeable exit. In this case, 'The Waiting Room' holds Jeremy, Ali and Mark - all of whom have no idea why they are there, who invited them or what they could possibly all have in common. With little else to do, the three start to pass the time with conversations about life, death and the chocolate game.

The lead male roles are performed by Les Cochrane and Dean Bartholomew. Les trained with Lorrie & Dianne Hull in Los Angeles, and Giles Foreman and Brian Timoney in London; and Dean is a long-term member of the award-winning Loughton Amateur Dramatics group. Together, Les, Dean and Rachel create a dynamic which is both intriguing and hilarious
