The Intermediate Photography Workshop is designed for people who already have an understanding & know how, where & why to put into practice Aperture, ISO & Shutter Speed and how they work together.

It will be held either along Southbank/Westminster or within the Square Mile/City of London. The workshop will run from 3 - 6 hours depending on client numbers (max. 7 clients) For more details on timings please see the website.

Workshop content:
How to change autofocus points and focus modes
Overview of how exposure works
How to work with shutter speed
How to decide which settings to use in particular situations
Histograms to how to read and understand them
Setting your camera in Manual mode, and when to use it
The pros and cons of shooting in RAW
Metering modes and how to use them
Light basics how to use it to get the effect you want
Creativity – working with weather conditions, fill-in flash, use of colour, formal elements (shapes, texture, line, tones especially Black & White)
Colour theory – basic understanding of colour
Hints and tips
