Are you unhappy with the way you look? Frustrated that you've not got a flat stomach? Fed up with aches and pains?

Get your body in shape with Pilates whilst feeling more flexible and relaxed.

6 or 12 week block of Pilates classes taking place every week on Saturdays from 10.30am - 11.30am near Wandsworth Common in Balham.

Drop-in option available subject to a space being available, if you'd like to try a class before committing to a block.

It is perfect if you're looking to get in shape. It will make you stronger, more flexible and more toned. You'll get relief from aches and pains and feel relaxed and stretched. It works by strengthening your core, pelvic floor and back muscles. It is gentle, low-impact, effective exercise. It's suitable for pregnant and post-natal mums.

It is a mixed ability class so I offer different levels of the exercises, so you can work at your level. I keep the classes small so that I can provide lots of hands-on, individual support to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly with good technique. I listen to your needs and work with you on any specific problems that you have.
