The Beer Bakery, a week long pop up bakery will open its doors on Tuesday 27th October to serve up a never tasted before, limited edition range of delicious beer breads inspired by, and created with the same ingredients found in some of the world’s most popular beers, including Stella Artois, Budweiser, Leffe, Beck’s Vier, Hoegaarden and Corona.

These beautiful breads have been crafted by Tom and Henry Herbert of the Fabulous Baker Brothers and have been made to celebrate the inextricable link between beer and bread, with both sharing the same natural ingredients, and acting as the perfect pairing for centuries.

From hop glazings to malted wheat crusts, each beer’s ingredients have been meticulously baked into breads to showcase the flavours that make each beer so unique. The delicious bread recipes have been created at Tom and Henry Herbert’s family bakery, Hobbs House Bakery in Chipping Sodbury.

Visitors to The Beer Bakery will be able to experience the unusual collaboration of a bakery and a pub. Through intricate decoration, The Beer Bakery reflects the natural ingredients of each beer, and guests can enjoy the breads on offer with their accompanying beer.
