The Cities of the future Fringe will focus on a range of projects and research from across the College aimed towards improving city life. It will look at the complexity, science and engineering that underpins our current urban infrastructure and services, the problems we face when things go wrong, and the new technologies and innovations that could take us forward into an era of smart or intelligent cities.
Tied in with the launch of the College’s new Urban Systems Laboratory, this evening event will bring together ground-breaking science and innovative engineering at this colourful, vibrant collection of new ideas, passionate debates and cutting edge technologies.
