Bombay Sapphire Masterclass

The Jam Tree Clapham are proud to present their first exclusive spirit masterclass on Tuesday 13th October from 7pm - 8pm. Hosted by Bombay Sapphire and tucked away in The Jam Tree’s hidden bookcase room, guests will be invited to embark upon an expedition into the heart of the most beguiling of spirits, gin.

The masterclass inevitably begins with a complimentary cocktail featuring the night’s highly lauded spirit. A Bombay Sapphire brand ambassador will then guide guests on a pilgrimage through the history of gin where will be enlightened about the precisely honed concoction of botanicals, delicate infusion and the distillery process.

For the next part of the class, theory will then be put into practise. Bombay Sapphire’s distinctive flavour and versatility will be tested through cocktail making and a lucky few will be invited to implement their new found knowledge. Gin connoisseurs and novices alike will depart with a deeper appreciation and respect for this much-loved spirit.

The Jam Tree will also be showcasing their new autumn menu with a delicious array of complimentary tasters for all attendees to sample.
