We Are Funny Dalston Special Format Comedy Show

Every Wednesday we'll be running a bizarre, weird, format of stand up comedy. For example, Hecklers is the only gig in town where the audience are actively encouraged to abuse the acts and the acts fight back.

Swapsies has two very different comedians paired up and they write 5 minutes of comedy for their partner to perform, they have to deliver those words no matter what. If you could shove words into someone elses' mouth would you be naughty or nice...?

The “Challenge” format is set for October 14th, the one where acts register desire to perform at the show.

A select group will be chosen and then given a specific topic to address by writing 5 brand new minutes of material on it.

All material on that bill will be thematically similar and brand new. Past themes have included; drugs, worst day ever, bad boss, favourite world cup, virginity, yo mamma, etc.

The giant talent that is Emmanuel Sonubi will headline the show.
