Screening: 'Panomundo: The Evolution of the Steel Pan'

Before their evening of live Reggae and sweet 45s, Catch A Fire is proud to present a film by Keith Musaman Morton UK and Charysse Tia Harper US: Panomundo Part 1. The documentary, The Evolution of the Steel Pan, looks at the development of the steel pan from its inception on the Caribbean island of Trinidad and its Global acceptance worldwide.

Doors 6pm, screening 6.30pm sharp (40 mins)

Plus! The screening will be followed by a live performance by a local steel pan maestro!

Live music Ft. Ras Nestar, Ana Rebel Joseph and Crucial Roots Collective

Big roots reggae night at Catch A Fire to kick off November, with vocalist Ras Nestar, Ana Rebel Joseph on melodica, backed in fine style by the Crucial Roots Collective. DJ Zinc Fence on the decks, serving up the Jamaican 45s.
