Wedding Fair, Burnham Beeches in Buckinghamshire

Calling all engaged couples, enthusiastic bridesmaids and proud mothers.

On Sunday 15 November 2015, Buckinghamshire’s popular countryside wedding venue, Burnham Beeches Hotel, will open its doors to the public for a wedding showcase. Couples will find inspiration, advice and expertise at the hotel’s highly anticipated Wedding Fair.

From 11am until 3pm the hotel’s Windsor Suite will be brimming with an abundance of wedding specialists proudly showcasing their array of offerings to visitors. The hotel’s dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will also be on hand to offer advice to visitors throughout the day.

Originally built in 1727 as a hunting lodge for the royals, Burnham Beeches Hotel stands handsomely within its own ten acres of private gardens just 50 minutes drive from Central London.

The hotel’s guestrooms have recently been refurbished and the final renovations will be complete by January 2016, making it a perfect wedding venue for the coming year.

The hotel offers two elegant Suites licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships.

The Windsor Suite offers the complete package, seating up to 120 guests during the day, and 180 for an evening reception. The light airy room comes with its own private bar, lounge area, patio garden, and the adjacent Dorney Suite can be used for anything from a children’s playroom to a photo gallery. After dinner, the Windsor Suite has ample space for guests to dance the night away with the hotel’s preferred DJ if they wish.

The Burnham Suite (for parties up to 40 guests) was originally the Sun Room of the manor when used as a hunting lodge, and features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sash windows with views of the front lawns. It is the perfect choice for ceremonies of a more quiet and private nature.

The front lawns are the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable summer wedding. A marquee is available to hire for up to 450 guests, and dining options include an al fresco BBQ or hog and lamb spit roast carved by your own dedicated chef.

The Bride and Groom have the choice of two luxurious Bridal Suites, both with their own large lounge area, master bedroom, spacious double bathroom and breathtaking views of the hotel grounds. The Thomas Gray Suite located in the East Wing is decorated in a high-end contemporary style, and features a luxurious roll top bath. While the Clifton Brown Suite is in the original part of the mansion, and decorated in a traditional style with a regal black and gold colour scheme and magnificent 4-poster bed.

The Essential Wedding Package starts at just £3,999 based on 50 guests, or for a more inclusive event the Elegance Package priced at £164 per person benefits from your own photographer, flower arrangements and designer stationery.

You can also benefit from the hotel’s reduced bedroom rates, starting at £100 per night for a Classic Double room, and £279 per night for one of the stunning Bridal Suites.
