Here is the format for our weekly show: We open with an awesome Guest MC host, new material from a Pro Act, some short middle spots and a Headliner Pro Comedian doing a 20-25 minute set including some new material, seperated by a couple of breaks, but all over by 10.30pm, perfect for a school night. The setting is the Finsbury's lovely live room, so you can also enjoy cocktails, craft beers and handmade pizzas.

This week:
Our Closer is a brilliant comedian, often making the 'one to watch' and 'star in the making' lists. Personally, we think he is already brilliant. It is ADAM HESS. Nominee for the Fosters Best Newcomer Award at Edinburgh's Fringe 2015, Adam Hess started performing stand up in 2011, when he won the Chortle Student Comedy Award thus quickly made a name for himself on the comedy circuit.

Adam was initially known for his impeccably written surreal one-liners, before later proving himself as an accomplished story-teller and sketch-writer. As a writer he is part of the core team on BBC's Russell Howard's Good News, whilst supporting David Baddiel on tour, you may have heard him on the award winning Dave podcast, or the The Bearpit Podcast Podcast alongside Bear Funny favourite John Kearns.

In 2013 Adam was nominated for two awards, the pregistous Leicester Mercury New Act of the Year and Best Newcomer at the Chortle Awards.

Adam currently has over 47,000 followers on twitter and his 140 character witticisms have been named 'funniest tweet of 2013′ (Telegraph), the 'second funniest of 2014′ (The Sun) and been featured in a BBC Online Feed My Funny video.
