Driven by his dream Remoli started perfecting his secret recipes and supplying his delicious homemade pasta to top Italian restaurants all over London. Simone began to realise the potential behind his product, so when an opportunity came up in Westfields Stratford who at the time were about to launch their new shopping centre and were looking for a fresh new take on food for their new food court, Chef Simone Remoli accepted the offer with open arms. Now that there was a venue secured Simone could embark upon opening his dream restaurant, Pasta Remoli. Following on from popular demand they were soon able to open their second store four years later at sought after location, adjacent to Finsbury park station.

Playing a major part behind the success of Pasta Remoli’s is Head Chef Alessandro Stefoni, previous sous chef of Michelin stared restaurant Imago. Higlights of Head Chef Stefoni’s career was when he worked alongside his great mentor Chef Antonio Bufi at the La Sughereta in Rome, again in Le Bistrot de Venise in Venice and once more at Hotel Santa Venere in Maratea. In 2010 he demonstrated his talent by cooking for his majesty Juan Carlos I the King of Spain.
