Directly inspired by the popular British series The Thick of It, police phone tapping and Czech political blunders, The Blaník Bureau is a hard hitting political satire uncompromisingly mapping contemporary Czech politics.

Full of strong language, humour, parody and political incorrectness, it follows the lobbyist and spin doctor Tonda Blaník who, thanks to his personal connections and omnipresent telephone, manipulates Czech politics. Deemed unsuitable for public service broadcasting, The Blaník Bureau has instead quickly become an internet phenomenon with a cult following. UK Premiere.
