Craft your own Chutney

Learn how to craft your very own chutney from surplus food with the help of expert cooks from Global Generation and This is Rubbish at the beautiful Skip Garden in King's Cross.

Whilst the chutney is cooking we will enjoy some edible treats while decorating our jars with ribbons and labels to make beauiful gifts, just in time for Christmas.

You will have the opportunity to explore this unexpected oasis, known to us as ‘the garden of a thousand hands.’ Have a taste of some of the beautiful produce from the poly tunnels or why not pop some in your chutney?

The session is open to any level of culinary ability. All food and materials will be provided.

This event is a part of the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR), an initiative aimed at raising awareness about sustainable resource and waste management.
