Give and Take Days

This November 2015, the North London Waste Authority (NLWA), in partnership with the London Community Resource Network (LCRN), are delivering a series of re-use events in North London. This is part of NLWA’s waste prevention programme which promotes reduction and reuse across North London.

LCRN / NLWA Give and Take Days – your chance to pass on items you no longer need and pick up something you do for FREE.
You can only donate: books, DVDs/CDs, garden ware, IT, tools, clothes/shoes, small furniture, small electrical items and toys. We also accept: large furniture and white goods. We will NOT ACCEPT broken or unsafe items.

Repair workshops – you will have the opportunity to repair your own electrical items and learn the most common DIY skills. Registration is on the day and on a first-come, first-served basis. All data or other sensitive information should be deleted in advance.

Barnet – Sunday 22 November 2015 – 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

Donate from 12.30pm to 2.15pm. Take items for free from 2.30pm to 3.30 pm.

Hackney – Saturday 28 November 2015 – 12noon to 3pm.
St Matthias Youth Club, 101 Dalston Lane, (Entrance on Cecilia Road), London, E8 1NH.
Donate from 12noon to 1.45 pm.

Enfield – Sunday 29 November 2015 – 12noon to 3pm.
The Southgate Club, Crown Lane, Southgate, London, N14 5BP.
Donate from 12noon to 1.45 pm. Take items for free from 2pm to 3 pm.
