Pole Fit is a cardio-based and strength based pole class designed to get your heart pumping and your body strong. Suitable for complete beginners.
If you are new to pole and want to burn some unwanted fat in a fun way while improving your pole technique, then this is the class for you.
Designed for complete beginners, this class is ideal taken on its own or alongside our pole dancing Foundation or Elementary levels and Discover Pole. This class requires participants to wear shorts.
No moisturiser should be applied 24 hrs before the class to avoid you slipping off poles.
