Sarah Jane’s enviable career spans from early 80s, politically active bands The Republic, Happy End and the Communards through to her current international success as a singer/songwriter of undeniable stature. To give just some idea of her breadth and creativity, concert highlights have included a Swing Ladies concert with Chaka Khan and Montserrat Caballe, a performance in front of 10,000 fans in Athens, a European Tour with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, numerous sell-out weeks at Ronnie Scott's and the “What Women Want” concert with Sinead O'Connor and Chrissie Hynde at the Royal Festival Hall. Sara Jane’s music straddles rock, blues, jazz and soul and is hard to define, but she describes herself as “Nina Simone meets Janis Joplin”! Hailed as the 'Jimi Hendrix of the acoustic guitar', award-winning Antonio Forcione is considered one of the most charismatic and inventive performers to come out of Europe in recent years. He breaks the mould of conventional, popular guitar sounds in the fields of Jazz, Spanish, African, Brazilian and improvised music and has received critical acclaim worldwide. He has released 16 albums, which have variously hit the top of British and international jazz charts and has shared stages around the globe with some of the world’s most accomplished musicians, including John McLaughlin, John Scofield, Jason Rebello and Martin Taylor. A rare chance to hear these great performers together, this promises to be an exceptional gig from two incomparable musicians, highly recommended.

“A voice that can excite shivers of passion and delight … Soaring, swooping, sensual and sophisticated, this voice is more than a style, it’s a force of nature” Observer; “Sarah Jane Morris....mesmeric” Guardian;
“..a vocal Titan” The Star Phoenix, Montreal
“Antonio Forcione [is] a performer of world class status ... forceful and with an enviable technique, he takes the guitar to new levels of expression combining its melodic powers with dramatic percussive effects…the results are quite spectacular”. The Stage
“…a guitar genius" Three Weeks Magazine
