Camden Rocks Festival presents:
New Town Kings plus General Roots and The Majestic

After the success of Camden Rocks Festival we've decided to do a monthly showcase gig, showing off some of the best new live bands in the UK at Camden Barfly.

'Nice work from the New Town Kings...the best of Brit reggae' - David Rodigan MBE, BBC Radio 1Xtra
Ska-reggae collective New Town Kings are an Essex-based band of upstarts who emphatically blend old-school Jamaican rhythms with a fresh dose of UK- inspired ska.

General Roots was formed in 2008 by a small group of close friends who all had a passion for reggae music.
The band line up consists of six musicians. The Mckone brothers; James and Ben on drum and bass. Field Marshal Fred on lead vocals alongside the vibes controller, The Minister. On guitar is Joe Price and the keyboards, Sam Ross.

The Majestic are a Roots Rock Reggae band who are spreading love musically to the live music community by performing all over the country whilst building a live fan base.
