Welcome to the Kit Kat Klub, a seedy Berlin establishment, where the Master of Ceremonies oversees the action and that flower of England, Sally Bowles, performs her cabaret act. Outside, life is very different as the shadow of oppression deepens and darkens in 1930s Germany. Into this world of decadence and Nazis comes a young American writer - what he finds will more than fill the pages of his next novel.
