Cocktails by Albert Adrià

As part of his 50 day residency at Café Royal, “Cocktails by Albert Adrià” is an opportunity to experience drinks in the signature gastronomic style of this world-renowned chef. The menu has been developed by Albert and his long standing Group Bar Manager, Marc Álvarez, who, inspired by London’s prestigious position at the forefront of the cocktail world, will bring a taste of their liquid philosophy to the iconic Oscar Wilde Bar for 50 days.

Historically a room where great minds have come together, the Oscar Wilde Bar will play the perfect host to “Cocktails by Albert Adrià”; a celebration of “50 Days by Albert Adrià”, the first enterprise outside of his native Spain, and of Café Royal’s notorious bohemian spirit. The cocktails will be inspired by flavours, techniques and ingredients from all over the world, including Nam Doc a classic from Albert Adrià’s former cocktail bar​ 41° in Barcelona, with flavours of rum, mango, spicy orange curaçao, white almond syrup and curry. “Cocktails by Albert Adrià” will be served in the Oscar Wilde Bar each night of the “50 Days by Albert Adrià” residency, 12 February – 9 April 2016.
