Following the growth and popularity of Irish pot still whiskey within the captial and nationwide Anderson & Co are delighted to announce an exciting partnership with Pernod Ricard’s Authentic Brand Co to create their first Whiskey Pairing Menu. Designed alongside Brand Specialist Liam Sparks and Anderson & Co’s head Chef Teemu Toivainen to match perfectly with some of their leading offerings.
Starting with the Redbreast 12 pairing with the twice baked goat's cheese soufflé starter due to its balance of spicy, creamy, fruity sherry and toasted notes. Then moving on to the navarin of lamb main paired with the classic Green Spot as the fennel included in this dish works perfectly with the hint of cloves. Finishing off with the Lemon Posset dessert, which comes with Yellow Spot 12 because of its honey sweetness taste.
