Burn Down The Disco is an indie, soul, rock n roll and synth night that aims to please all ages. If you’re expecting 90s bands from Manchester on repeat all night, then you’ve picked the wrong place. Yes, we do play all the classic indie hits, but we also play Motown, ska, rock n roll, synthpop as well as the latest floor fillers by the current indie darlings. No remixes and no obscure songs that only hipster Harry and his dog know about. Burn Down The Disco is all about having a dance, having a sing along and not taking yourself too seriously.

Music Policy

Burn Down The Disco brings you the best indie, soul, rock n roll, synth and ska from the last 60 years so expect a mixture of new and old. We’ll also be having dance competitions, confetti, indie pop star colouring in fun and the, appropriately named, “rubbish balloon drop”.

Expect to hear the likes of David Bowie, Pulp, The Strokes, The Smiths, The Supremes, The Rolling Stones, Kate Bush, James Brown, Franz Ferdinand, The Beatles, The Jam, The Horrors, The Libertines, Stevie Wonder, Blur, The Clash, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Wolf Alice, The Kinks, Chuck Berry, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Blondie, The Specials and loads more stuff that you’ll instantly recognise and want to shake a leg to.

Check the website for some of our upcoming themed nights dedicated to some of our favourite bands
