Nunhead Cemetery Annual Open Day

Once a year, on the third Sunday in May, Nunhead Cemetery comes alive when upwards of two thousand visitors come to this historic and beautiful cemetery to enjoy its wonderful woodland setting, and to experience or take part in the many activities on the day, including guided tours, choirs in the chapel, traditional wood-crafting demonstrations, birds of prey, children’s bug hunt, displays and exhibitions, or to simply enjoy panoramic views over London from the chapel tower and top of the hill.
