Accordion maestro Chris Hall has played and recorded with Paul McCartney and Wings. But his first love is traditional Louisiana Cajun music. His band, Out of the Swamp, plays music that could have come straight out of an old time Cajun dancehall in Louisiana.

And, if you want to learn how to dance Cajun style, there is a danceclass at the start of the evening.
