Guests will have the opportunity to shop and cook like a chef, as Neil Borthwick and Angela Hartnett will personally give guests a guided tour of London restaurateurs’ favourite market – Spa Terminus - before transporting them, with their ingredients, back to the Merchants Tavern where they will work with Neil and Angela to prepare a two-course vegetarian lunch, which will be served at the Kitchen Counter alongside wine accompaniments.
