The 21st May, Marylebone Interiors Day 2016, will see seven Marylebone retailers—The Conran Shop, Designers Guild, Farrow and Ball, McGlashan’s Interiors, Lewis& Co, Little Greene Paint Company and Skandium—join forces in hosting a dazzling array of design activities, with the support of the Howard de Walden Estate and students from Regent’s University London’s design course adding a splash of home-grown creativity.

Highlights of Marylebone Interiors Day 2016 include:

Regent’s University London The registration base for collecting your passport, information and a free canvas bag. Student displays and the chance to enter a raffle.

Farrow and Ball Bubbly and bites to celebrate the 70th anniversary and launch of Farrow and Ball’s latest book, How to Decorate, together with advice, inspiration and support for your decorating projects.

The Conran Shop London-based ceramicist Emma Lacey will be showcasing her pottery skills with a live throwing demo, while providing insight into the art and method behind her table wear range, including the Rainbow collection designed exclusively for The Conran Shop.

Designers Guild Interior design workshops from colour experts who will present new collections and assist you in collating ideas, putting a colour palette together and creating a mood board over coffees and pastries. A discount will apply to any purchase made on the day.

Lewis & Co Free design consultations including floor plan layout, colour, fabric and wall covering ideas. A discount will be applied to purchases made on the day.

Little Greene Paint Company Having collaborated with Regent’s University to offer a Design Award to one student that demonstrates “excellent and innovative use of colour”, the showroom will exhibit the winning project.

McGlashan’s Interiors Bites and bubbly served throughout the day, as well as workshops on how to mix old furniture with new pieces to create classic comfort.

Skandium A spread of Scandi baked goods, tea tasting with Kusmi Teas and an edit of the 10 most iconic Scandinavian teapots with designs from Arne Jacobsen, Kaj Franck and a never-before-produced teapot from Danish designer, Finn Juhl.
