A Gastronomic Journey Awaits…

Back for their fourth year, and biggest yet, Celebrity Cruises returns to Taste of London from 15th – 19th June to bring a flavour of its modern luxury restaurants and bars to London. Transporting festival-goers to the grassy top deck of its ships, wine enthusiasts and fine food fans can expect to be taken on a gastronomic journey around the world with a range of culinary delights from Celebrity Cruises’ award-winning menus.

Throughout the festival, food lovers are invited to Celebrity Cruises’ Lawn Club to excite and delight their taste buds with a selection of three food & wine pairings, designed exclusively for Taste by their Michelin starred Vice President of Culinary, Cornelius Gallagher.

The mouth-watering dishes will include pistachio-crusted lamb chops and sunchoke velouté which will be expertly paired with wines from Celebrity Cruises’ award-winning collection of vintages, by the brand’s wine ambassador Oz Clarke. Oz will also be personally hosting tastings on 15th and 19th June, entertaining and educating London wine aficionados and food fanatics and bringing a taste of Celebrity’s exquisite on-board dining experiences to the heart of Regent’s Park.

To accompany the culinary delights, and as part of their ongoing partnership with Great British Chefs, Celebrity Cruises will be adding another touch of class this year to each tasting session with an afternoon tea inspired petit four created by one of Britain’s youngest Michelin starred Chefs, Josh Eggleton. In July, Josh Eggleton will be hosting a series of foodie events on board Celebrity Equinox to delight guests during their cruise.

And if all that wasn’t enough, this year Celebrity Cruises will introduce a new wine bar to the Lawn Club, with wines hand-picked from their collection which is the largest and rarest at sea. Guests will receive a complimentary flight of wild Alaska salmon nibbles to give guests a taste of one of Celebrity’s most popular destinations. Plus if you are lucky enough to be on the stand on Sunday, you may have a chance to enjoy a glass of wine with Oz Clarke whilst soaking up the vibrant Taste atmosphere.

Celebrity Cruises’ Lawn Club will be open throughout Taste of London from 15th – 19th June. Visitors can sign up for tastings at each session by visiting the reception desk at Celebrity Cruises’ Lawn Club. Space is limited and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. Visitors to the stand can also enter a prize draw to win a 9 night cruise for two from Abu Dhabi around the Arabian Gulf, complete with flights courtesy of Etihad Airways.
