During Carers Week, on the 10th June 2016, St Joseph's Hospice is hosting ‘Caring for the Carers day’, a full day for carers including informative, useful and supportive workshops – with a spot of relaxation thrown in too.
Confirmed sessions include:
- Coping with Fatigue
- Support Yourself Through Nutrition
- Relaxation & Meditation
- Computer Classes – Making Online Work For You
Additionally there will be a drop in benefits service and information and support service available in the afternoon. Refreshments and a light lunch will also be provided.
