The UK’s first drinkable art installation is opening to the public to surprise and delight thirsty art enthusiasts and parched passers-by.

Created by artist Emmet Kierans, in partnership with sparkling water maker SodaStream, the vibrant sculpture, entitled ‘Let’s Play’, has been designed to act as a break from the monotony of everyday life and transform the ordinary into something extraordinary.

Taking inspiration in equal parts from street art, playgrounds and Willy Wonka, the drinkable art installation encourages discerning drinkers to experiment with SodaStream’s sparkling water and transform it with the brand’s extensive range of flavours.

Featuring colourful tubes with flowing and bubbling water, looming abstract shapes and a mesh of bold eye-catching colours that turn the mundane into the magnificent, simply turn a secret tap and hydrate while you sip down the art.

‘Let’s Play’ will be on display in Regents Place from Tuesday 7th to Wednesday 8th June.
