Magic, Mind-Reading & Mayhem Show

Close Up Magic in the bar from 7pm from Members of the Magic Circle and from 8pm three stage acts from some of the UK’s finest performers. Come along and enjoy an evening of sorcery, trickery, sleight of hand and illusion.

Each show will consist of some Magic, Mind-Reading, Illusions and a contemporary art/act - such as Juggling or Ventriloquism. Each show is totally unique with different performers, bringing their own sense of humour, sorcery, chicanery, sleight of hand and audience participation. See below for current line up.

The shows run from 8 - 10pm with a twenty minute interval. Come along and enjoy an evening of mystery, laughter and thaumaturgy. Close Up Magic in the bar from 7pm. Our last show sold out, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Danny Lee Grew has performed his unique and exciting magic for over 250,000 people worldwide. Danny's first job was demonstrating magic tricks for Marvin's Magic at Hamleys Toy Store and Harrods, where he quickly honed his presentation and performing skills. In 2012, Danny became the first entertainer to perform at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford for 5,000 people.
He is a proud Member of The Magic Circle and recently was awarded Associate Membership of The Inner Magic Circle with a Silver Star for performance by the president of The Magic Circle, Scott Penrose. He has compered and performed in some of The Magic Circle's most popular shows including At Home with The Magic Circle, The Magic Circle Awards, Close Up at The Magic Circle and Steve Allen's Magical New Year. In 2016, Danny was the runner up in The Magic Circle's Close Up Magician of the Year competition and has reached the final of Britain Does Variety

Terry Herbert is a Gold Star Member of the Inner Magic Circle and a full time professional magician of many years of experience of working both in this country and abroad.

He has an enviable reputation for his stand up Cabaret spot which is a very funny act involving plenty of audience participation. He has appeared on television many times including such high profile programmes as "The Paul Daniel's Magic Show" and "The Best of Magic."

He has also appeared in some of the major entertainment cities of the world including Las Vegas. In Monte Carlo he had the honour of personally entertaining Prince Rainier and the Royal Family of Monaco
Alex McAleer reads minds and has amazed audiences both in the UK and internationally - on stage, up close, and in the press including appearances on the BBC and ITV. He has entertained corporate clients ranging from small independent companies to big household names such as AXA, Aviva, TSB, and Virgin Atlantic.

Since 2014 Alex has toured nationwide, performing to over 30,000 people, as the stand-out star of Champions of Magic. In 2014 he took his one-man show to Edinburgh Fringe Festival playing to packed houses every night, and in January 2016 debuted his one-man show to sell-out crowds in Perth, Western Australia earning himself a Fringe World Cabaret Award Nomination
