We know how important it is to know what we are putting on our bodies. From moisturisers to skin creams, shampoo to make up, it matters to all of us what it's made of. Get those nasties out of our skin products – we want glowing skin the natural way! And lucky for you, the show is packed full of natural and organic goodness to try and take home with you. Go on – pamper yourself!

Food and Drink
We want to nourish ourselves with good, clean, organic, well-sourced food, to make a difference to how we feel inside and out. You'll find an array of foodie ideas, healthy treats and natural juices that will nourish you from inside out. And whilst you're here why not top up your cooking skills in Nature's Workshop, with some of our social heroes.

Health and Fitness
Our bodies want to be treated well so here's your chance to make sure it's fit, full of oomph, pampered and well looked after! We know it can be a daunting experience taking on a new health and fitness challenge so we have plenty of workshops to attend, exhibitors to meet and like-minded people to join forces with!
