Summer Braids Workshop

We've been braiding our hair and plaiting the hair of our friends since we were young and we're not about to stop any time soon. Braids are beautiful!

From boho festival rainbow fishtails, to intricate, sophisticated french plaits for a wedding, we must admit, there is something goddess like about hair woven into a silken braid.

And on the 26th June we invite you to a beautiful studio space in Hackney to learn the art of braiding with expert tuition from the international stylist Rom Sartipi.

Rom has worked in house at both Percy & Reed and Charles Worthington, as well as with superbrands Burberry, Mac, Elle and Dazed & Confused. He’s also a fixture of London and Paris fashion weeks, having styled models on the runways for Ashish, House of Holland, Erdem and Duchamp.

We're honoured that Rom will be sharing his skills and experience with us for the very first B&b workshop.

You’ll learn to create several braids (including a fishtail and a pony) in this expert tutorial, have the opportunity to practice the braids on yourself or others, and there will be time to ask questions at the end.
