Spanish Brunch Party at Barts

Salsa your way down to secret bar, Barts, in Chelsea for a special Spanish Brunch Party on Saturday, 11th June. Barts will be hosting fusion specialist chefs from Spain, who will be serving a new style of Spanish cuisine that uses core Spanish ingredients and fuses them with traditional Asian and Mediterranean dishes. Guests can enjoy a twist on traditional tapas in Barts’ sunny Cuban Garden all afternoon.

Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing Bloody Gazpacho cocktail and after will enjoy a variety of tantalising Spanish fusion dishes such as Chistorra scotch eggs with roasted garlic aioli, smoked honey miso aubergine and the “Cheeky Dog” - slow cooked Iberico pulled pork cheek with caramelised onions, kimchi ketchup and mustard. To top off the afternoon, guests will enjoy delectable gluten-free churros filled with chocolate or dulce de leche served on artisan vanilla ice cream whilst enjoying Spanish-inspired cocktails that will complement the food throughout the afternoon.
