Trevor's Head / James Black / The Acoustic Dreamweaver
The Good Ship presents a night of rock, punk, folk and acoustic music, celebrating the diversity and defiance of underground music in the UK just after the queen's official birthday.
Trevor's Head
Solid stoner punk rock from Surrey, with chuggy riffs, great melodies, psychedelic breakdowns and great lyrics that stay relevant at all times.
James Black
A fierce poet, incredible songwriter and captivting story-teller. James uses a combination of his original songs and his versions of traditional folk songs to point out lessons in history, mock today's society and enthrall everyone who sees him play. His passionate delivery resonates with all audiences, regardless of their taste.
The Acoustic Dreamweaver
Guitarist John Grotefield of post-rock band Solaris brings his incredibly intricate guitar style and alternate tuning to the stage. Harnessing influences from all over the world, The Acoustic Dreamweaver is one of the most appropriately named projects we've seen in a while.
