Chaos Theory DJ Night (with Thumpermonkey Guest DJ)

Underground London promoters and gig organisers Chaos Theory have teamed up with BrewDog Bar Shoreditch, to bring you a monthly free-entry music night in their brand spanking new basement.

On the first Sunday of every month, they're going to DJ and bring you a wide range of Chaos Theory sounds, alongside a musician they've worked with in the past as a guest DJ, playing their influences and favourite tunes, and varying the flavours wildly from month to month.

July's guest DJ is Mike Woodman of Thumpermonkey, who'll be playing "instrumental odd stuff, bits of math, prog, post rock and whatever". Think Three Trapped Tigers, Gosta Berlings Saga, Magma, Shudder to Think and more "weird and atmospheric stuff".

Chaos Theory founder Kunal Singhal will DJ music spanning rock, jazz fusion, prog, electronica, math rock, post-hardcore, general weirdness and more, with sounds from greats in history and greats from their previous lineups.

Come down, and enjoy some quality beers with quality tunes.
