The 7th Annual Walthamstow International Film Festival will take place on 14th July to announce the winners and 23rd & 24th July to showcase the winners and shortlist at the EMPIRE Cinema in Walthamstow.

The films will be shortlisted by four judges from the world of Directing, Distribution, Education and Journalism, including Noal Goodwin who is the current BFI Director of Young People’s Film Education and Festivals.

Prizes include £500 towards a film project for the winner of the Young Person's Category as awarded by The Stow Brothers.

The aim of the Walthamstow International Film Festival is to celebrate unusual and thought-provoking films that are not just blockbusters, but honing up & coming directors, actors, producers, and avant garde films. Showcasing individual talent from all around the country that are putting on UK film projects and promoting unique talent.
