Exhigone

Exhigone brings pop-up art exhibitions to notable music venues and night clubs so as to promote and cultivate local talent and provide an alternative night out for party goers and enthusiasts.
A string of DJs and live music performances take to the stage while a handful of artists exhibit their work in the hope to sell (commission free), the ubiquitous forms of art shows and music events combine forces to create the one melting pot that is Exhigone.
Exhigone has hosted a series of events in venues including The Notting Hill Arts Club, The Rum Kitchen, Ginglik & Paradise by the Way of Kensal Green and is now back for its 11th edition at Mode, Notting Hill on Saturday 23.07.2016.
The night will boast DJs spinning the best in jazz, funk, soul and afro beat records, live spoken word poetry and live acoustic performances before culminating in the finest DJs, MCs and vocalists taking to the stage in a predominantly Hip-hop line up.
A roster of 20+ artists have been briefed with the theme ‘travel through time’ and will be exhibiting their interpretations. Live art and impromptu art are also to be expected as creativity takes over.
